From the first set of drawings to a delivery date you can put in your program. Every stage is documented, and you always know who to call.
Enquiry & brief
You send us your plans, elevations, schedules or reference images. Tell us the spec level you’re after and your target delivery window. No cost, no obligation.
Scope & indicative pricing
We review the drawings, take off quantities, and come back with an indicative landed cost, FOB price, freight, duty, GST and our fee, itemised. You see the whole number, not a factory price with surprises later.
Factory selection & sampling
We match your spec to the right manufacturer and arrange physical samples, finishes, hardware, timber, tile. Nothing is confirmed until you’ve held the product.
Confirmed order & deposit
Final drawings signed off. Production schedule locked. Deposit paid against a written supply agreement with the factory.
Production & quality control
Our team in China inspects during production and before packing, dimensions, finish, hardware, moisture content where relevant. You receive photographic reports at each stage.
Compliance & documentation
Certification, test reports and declarations assembled before shipping: WaterMark, RCM, AS/NZS test evidence, timber due diligence, ISPM 15 treatment. This is where most imports fail. It’s where we spend the most time.
Consolidation & freight
Multiple suppliers consolidated into a single container where possible, reducing your cost. Export packing, container loading supervised, documentation issued.
Customs clearance & delivery
Clearance, duty and GST managed. Delivered to your site or nominated yard, on a date confirmed in advance.
Aftercare
Any shortfall or damage handled by us with the factory. You deal with us, not with a supplier twelve hours away.
Bring us in while the plans are still being drawn and the sourcing runs alongside your program instead of holding it up.
