We match your spec to the right manufacturer and arrange physical samples — finishes, hardware, timber, tile. Nothing is confirmed until you've held the product.

Final drawings signed off. Production schedule locked. Deposit paid against a written supply agreement with the factory.

Our team in China inspects during production and before packing — dimensions, finish, hardware, moisture content where relevant. You receive photographic reports at each stage.

Certification, test reports and declarations assembled before shipping: WaterMark, RCM, AS/NZS test evidence, timber due diligence, ISPM 15 treatment. This is where most imports fail. It's where we spend the most time.

Multiple suppliers consolidated into a single container where possible, reducing your cost. Export packing, container loading supervised, documentation issued.

Clearance, duty and GST managed. Delivered to your site or nominated yard, on a date confirmed in advance.
